Exam Fee
The LPN training provides you with the requisite knowledge to pass the NCLEX-PN exam. The NCLEX-PN exam was designed by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing so that it could be assured that same recognized practice is being taught to every student. It is a computer based exam in which the next question depends on your previous response. The NCLEX-PN exam requires $200 to be paid to Pearson Vue as registration fee and $50 to be paid to the Indiana State Professional Licensing Agency. Once being employed as an LPN, you must renew your license by October 31 in every 2 years with a fee of $50.
Indiana is not a part of the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) but it does consider the applications for licensure transfer (endorsement) by those applicants who hold an authentic out-of-state LPN license.
